My services are offered mostly by video. I also work work with the Mental Health and Addiction Services of Ottawa (MHASO) and have very limited in-person sessions in the Nepean area of Ottawa. Sandtray therapy is offered only in person at the MHASO clinic.
As a Registered Psychotherapist my services are covered by most insurance plans, including NIHB.

Psychotherapy 60 minute session $185.00 90 minute session $277.50 Creative Therapies 90 minute session $277.50 Group Therapy: 4 -6 individuals $500 T for 6 sessions (12 hours) |
